Version 1 to acquire Automation Logic and Qubix
Version 1, a leading global IT services provider, has recently acquired Automation Logic and Qubix, two leading providers of cloud automation and DevOps solutions. The acquisition will enable Version 1 to expand its cloud solutions portfolio and strengthen its position as a leader in technology services.
The acquisition of Automation Logic and Qubix provides Version 1 with a suite of cloud automation solutions that will enable customers to accelerate their digital transformation journey. The company will offer customers enhanced IT automation capabilities, allowing them to reduce manual processes, automate complex tasks, and quickly deploy applications across multiple cloud environments.
Version 1, Automation Logic, and Qubix will have a combined workforce of over 3000 people and more than 650 clients. This makes Version 1 the biggest Irish-founded tech employer and follows a period of rapid expansion for the company, which saw its staff double from 1500 in 2020 to 3000 in 2023. The company reported a revenue of €255 million in 2022.
The acquisition of Automation Logic and Qubix also provides Version 1 with a deep pool of talent and expertise.
